Who are we ?
HARKUL was founded in June 2020, by three entrepreneur partners. Founding partners are retired officers who had served outstandingly in Turkish Armed Forces. With the knowledge and vast experience of its’ founders in the fields of defence, security and aviation gained in the training and missions at home and abroad, HARKUL aims to provide reliable and high quality services to its local and foreign customers as well as establishing strong cooperation initiatives.

Our mission is; to conduct research, develop projects, provide training, consultancy and agency services in the fields of defence, aviation, security, defence industry and technology with a scientific and innovative approach, and to support international cooperation activities in line with the priorities of our country.
